Aura cannot be installed from your phone's App Store. Instead, it can be added from a mobile browser by completing the below steps.
How to add on iOS
Using Safari, log into your account and navigate to the dashboard.
Click the Share icon, scroll down the options.
Choose Add to Home Screen.
Then, click Add.
You should now see Aura added to your Home Screen as an app.
How to add on Android
Using Chrome, log into your account and navigate to the dashboard.
Click the three dots in the top-right of the browser.
Click Install app from the options.
Lastly, click Install.
