Once a year, Amazon will require reconnecting your Amazon Marketplace to Aura for security purposes.

When this occurs, you may notice sales metrics, listing data, and pricing data no longer updating in Aura. Amazon will send an email notification in advance prior to needing reconnection.

To reconnect your Amazon Marketplace, first head to the Marketplaces page in Aura.

Next, click on the red Reconnect Marketplace button shown next to the Marketplace(s) needing reauthentication.

This will redirect you to Seller Central where permissions will be renewed. Once complete, the status for that Marketplace will return to Active.

Aura will then begin refreshing and recovering any lost or stale data. This process may take up to 30 minutes to fully refresh, and repricing will resume immediately.
