How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Please reach out to us via in-app chat for help cancelling your Aura subscription.

While we cannot pause accounts, we'll schedule a cancellation for the end of the billing cycle. We'll retain all account data, and you may reactivate at any time.

Our Customer Success team will assist with any questions about your subscription and billing.

Note: You must be logged into your Aura account when initiating an in-app chat.
