Competition Types can be slightly confusing at first glance but don't let that confuse you. They're actually super simple. 

The Lowest FBA, then Buy Box competition type works like so; Aura will target the Lowest FBA seller on the listing. Once/if you become the only FBA seller on the listing, Aura will then shift to targeting the Buy Box. 

Hence the "then" statement in the competition type. 

So, Aura will target the Lowest FBA seller and then switch to targeting the Buy Box price itself if/when you're the only FBA seller on the listing.
